Gerard Deisenroth

I had the good fortune to have a mentoring relationship with Gerard while I transitioned from an interim manager status to full time team manager during my development period and beyond. I routinely engaged with him to widen my perspective and gain from his experience. His feedback was always forthright and trustworthy. His authenticity and compassion for the people he worked with in all aspects is something I try to emulate and express with my coworkers as well.  With his breadth of industry experience, I was also learning from him about the company as a whole and more than just our division or function. I would give Gerard my strongest personal and professional recommendation.
